Thamir al‑Filahi

From the news reports:

As for the two remaining victims, they are Isam al-Darubi, who is believed to have worked as director of the account department at the intelligence services, and Thamir al-Filahi, member of the higher command of the intelligence section at the disbanded Ba'th Party.
